overload

Junya Watanabe F/W11 puffer vest, my only sale purchase last season
Junya Watanabe vest again // Margiela shirt // Les Chiffoniers suede pants
Current/Elliott leopard jeans (guys, size down 1 or 2 in these -
they stretch out a ton! I'm sooo annoyed they are super loose now) //
T Alexander Wang striped tee // Sorel boots // ADD down vest
LOVE the cut of these Balenciaga pants - super low-rise,
yet magically I don't need a belt to hold them up //
worn with 2 Rick Owens ribbed tanks

American Vintage tee // McQ leather shorts
Stella McCartney romper // thrifted army jacket // original Helmut Lang watch band bracelet
vintage leather jacket // Rick Owens tanks and maxi skirt // Alaïa grommeted ankle boots
Balenciaga skirt // Chloe boots // Gucci watch
Red Engine jeans (so old - they still fit!!) // American Vintage tee //
Dolce & Gabbana jacket // Balenciaga belt // Charles David boots

  9. Great staples! I love that moto puffy vest. I'm not much of a puffy anything type of person, but THAT I can go for!

  10. I can't even, all these amazing looks. Damn. And that vest psssh.

I narrowed my search down to the C/E ones and the J Brand ones and the J Brand ones felt more like pants, which is what I was after. The sucky thing about those C/E ones is the ankles. I have retardedly skinny ankles and even I couldn't get them off easily. They just feel like leggings :/

    1. Hello! Yes I am very short - just 5'1" I mostly stick to slim skirts, like maxi or pencil skirts, I feel they make me look less squat. If you are looking at one of the jersey skirts I say go for it, they are very easy to work with and honestly the hems are often unfinished so I just trim to size. The silk and velvet skirts I would hesitate to buy without trying. My 2 cents, hope that helps!

  14. I really wanted that JW vest but too bad no mens version...looks like it runs big, mind that i ask what size is your vest cuz i found one small in italy and thinking to alter the armhole bigger if the body fits me...thx!

    1. Hello! It doesn't run big, actually, it's just puffy so it looks big maybe? I'm usually an XS but for Junya/CDG a S is more comfortable. The vest is a S (women's) I don't think I would be able to zip up the XS to be honest. Hope that helps!

  15. Thanks for your respond. I'm obsessed and desperate to have this vest but worry to risk buying the small from italy without knowing how it's going to fit. Would you mind tell me the measurements when zipped and laid flat...shoulders/ chest(armpit-to-armpit)/ hip/ front&back length...i really appreciate if you can help me this favor. Thank YOU!

  16. I have to share my excitement with you...i just received my JW vest and miraculously the Small fits me well but the armhole is a tad tight like I predicted. Nonetheless, LOVE IT!!!

    1. TThat's great! Sorry I couldn't get the measurements to you on time. Perhaps you can alter the armhole? I like wearing the vest over blazers actually. I moved my blog to tumblr - I actually just bought a new Junya jacket - http://www.res-pulchrae.com/post/42449423100/junya-watanabe-f-w-2012-trenchcoat-barneys

Enjoy your vest! Glad it worked out!
