black swan

I haven't actually seen the movie yet but that didn't stop me from paying homage. This skirt flares out a little bit like a tutu and the the obvious footwear choice for this tribute outfit was my Lanvin ballet flats.

    beauuuutiful sweater! it looks so cozy. i was just reading that because of black swan, ballet-inspired outfits would be huge this seasion, and i was thinking NOOO! pink tutus and wrap sweaters, ugh! but you are ballet inspired in the best possible way. ~joelle

    that's such a good look for you. you braved the cold in bare ankles?!?!
    went to c21 trying to dig up leather items, but found nothing and lost my ebay bid for leather shorts. i quite like the leather items as they're so versatile and go with so much.

    I've been eyeing an RO skirt + shorts combo on eBay similar to that skirt you got there.

    I was having mucho remorse as well over not getting the yellow gold ones. So much so that I kept calling all the boutiques asking about them. When the rose gold ones popped up recently I figured I'd better jump on it. Been wanting a rose gold something anyway. But yes, my heart belongs to the yellow gold.

    Rumors of silver?......
